Measurement Computing's CIO-DAS6402/16 provides 32 differential or 64 single-ended inputs, and sample rates as high as 100 kS/s. Using a 100-pin connector, the board provides large channel counts without the need for external expansion boards.
The board's analog input ranges are entirely software-selectable in bipolar ranges from ±10 to ±1.25 volts and unipolar ranges from 0 to 10 V to 0 to 1.25 V. The A/D converter can be triggered externally, or internally based on edge or level trigger sources. The board supports standard (post) and pre-trigger operation and so is capable of continuous, scheduled or event-triggered data
acquisition.
High-speed data acquisition without the chance of a lost sample is assured by the boards' use of the REP INSW data transfers and the on-board 1-kilosample FIFO memory. In addition to the analog input section, the board also provides two channels of analog output, eight lines of digital input, eight lines of digital output, and three 16-bit counter/timers.
