ChemSynth is a CD-ROM database of sample reactions comprising essential information on 180,000 reactions referenced at least twice in the literature published from 1974-2001. Selected from a database compiled by InfoChem GmbH, the reactions included in ChemSynth have been proven to be synthetically useful. All of these reactions have been reported as having greater than 50% yield.
