General Description
The E-PDISO16 is an Ethernet-based DIO system that has integrated signal conditioning; it offers sixteen isolated AC or DC inputs and sixteen electromechanical relays. The inputs monitor 24V AC or DC inputs, while the output relays provide 6 Amp (Form C, SPDT) outputs at 240 VAC or 28 VDC.
The combination of the E-PDISO16 and Measurement Computing?s DAQ software suite gives you a complete data acquisition solution that will have you taking measurements in minutes.
Software
InstaCal: Installation, Calibration and Test software in one package simplifies these important steps as you turn your PC into a measurement system. Installation detects new hardware and configures your computer and board. Calibration software automates this critical step and keeps your measurements accurate. Universal Library: Programming libraries for Windows Visual Studio programming languages, and others. A complete function library to simplify the configuration and operation of your measurement board. A single, universal set of functions operates all our products so you only have to learn to use our library once.
SoftWIRE: Graphical programming system for Windows Visual Studio .NET allows you to create programs without having to learn a programming language. Completely Visual Studio, 100% Microsoft standard compliant, projects can be graphical only, graphical plus code, and graphical plus code plus any other Visual Studio library, DLL, or .NET component or control. SoftWIRE for Visual Studio .NET includes a developer's kit so you can create your own SoftWIRE controls.

MATLAB: MATLAB's Data Acquisition Toolbox provides a complete set of tools for controlling and communicating with Measurement Computing's PC-compatible data acquisition hardware. The toolbox lets you configure your external hardware devices, read data into MATLAB for analysis, and send out data.
