Measurement Computing's USB-3110 is a USB 2.0 full-speed, high-drive device that is supported under popular Microsoft Windows® operating systems. The USB-3110 is fully compatible with both USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 ports.
The USB-3110 provides four channels of analog voltage output, eight digital I/O lines, and one 32-bit event counter.
The USB-3110 has a quad (4-channel) 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The voltage output range of each DAC channel can be set independently with software for either bipolar (±10V) or unipolar (0 to 10V). The analog outputs may be updated individually or simultaneously.
The USB-3110 is powered by a 5-volt, 2-amp AC power adapter that is shipped with the board. All I/O connections are made to the screw terminals located along each side of the USB-3110.
"With reliability a key concern, we chose a name we could trust and the USB unit was a low-cost item that has proved very effective." Gordon Roxburgh, Volunteer Engineer, Brooklands Museum
"USB output has really made life easier on insutrumentation projects because you can simply swap from one laptop to another with minimal fuss. On this sort of operation that gives us extra confidence." Stephen Kemp, Manager, GBG Structural Services
